• For ODM orders, production is usually faster, taking about 2 to 4 weeks, as the designs are already pre-approved and ready for customization.

Shipping times depend on your location and shipping method, but we work with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.

Our minimum order quantities (MOQs) vary depending on the type of case and customization required:

• OEM: The MOQ is typically higher as it involves custom molds and production.
• ODM: The MOQ is generally lower, as you are selecting from our existing designs and only requesting modifications like logo printing or color changes.
